We know how to design for all users.
Don’t mistake knowing how to design for "average"
users for knowing how to design to account for the limitations brought on by aging.
They’re not the same—not even close.
Aging users aren't a viable market for us.
Oh? Seventy five million baby boomers with $2.5 trillion dollars will reach
age 65 beginning in 2010.
We don't use consultants.
